How to do it

  1. 1

Write the lowercase alphabet on a sheet of paper, drawing a heart around each letter.

  2. 2

Cut hearts from sticky notes and write the uppercase letters on them.

  3. 3

Hide the sticky note hearts around the house.

  4. 4

Have the kid hunt the hearts down and match each one to its lowercase pair.

Tips & extensions

Keep the sticky edge at the top of each heart so they hold to walls. Same setup works for numbers or shapes.
