Earth Stack and Turn Puzzle

Stacking circles of cardboard form a layered Earth that the kid rotates and aligns. A self-correcting puzzle.

🧒 Ages 3-5, 6-8⏱ 30 min🚀 Space & planets

How to do it

  1. 1

Cut several cardboard circles in different sizes.

  2. 2

Stack them largest to smallest and draw the Earth across all of them at once.

  3. 3

Cut a small circle through the center of each cardboard piece.

  4. 4

Glue smaller circle plugs together so the cardboard rings can stack and rotate around them.

  5. 5

Let the kid stack and turn the rings until the Earth design lines up.

Tips & extensions

Trim the inner plug a touch smaller before gluing so the rings rotate smoothly.
